The surprise of surprises!..I came away with a positive buying experience from a dealer! My son and I had been looking for a street motorcycle for quite some time and found that Gear Up Motorsports had exactly what we were looking for at their showroom. Then the fun started! Brian turned out to be the most knowledgeable and ‘user’ friendly salesperson I have had the pleasure of working with. He answered all my rookie questions with the utmost confidence of a true professional. We quickly found out that Brian also possesses all the “hook ups” you need for accessories and service of your vehicle. I came away feeling like we had established a friendship and lasting relationship. Couple all this with his capable wife, Carrie, who possesses a black belt on the operation of the computer and soon we had all our paperwork in order. Needless to say, I would recommend Gear Up Motorsports to all my friends and family. The quality of service, warranties, hassle free commitment made this one of the most pleasant buying encounters I have ever had. Kudos Brian and Carrie!

June 18th, 2008 Brian and Carrie, I'm writing to you and including this with your survey, as I felt the survey did not provide the opportunity to accurately convey the satisfaction I have with my new car. Prior to finding Gear Up Motorsports, I had spent a solid day - first thing in the morning until after dusk - visiting car dealership after car dealership up in Phoenix. At each business I was pushed and pulled by salespeople, quoted one price and then the paperwork said another (at one in particular, I was quoted $7,900 but they wouldn't let me take it off the lot for anything under $10,900), and other frustrating, wearisome experiences. When I spoke to Brian over the phone Sunday morning and he gave me a "ballpark" figure of $8,000 as an out-the-door price, I visited your lot fully expecting the actual price to be quite a few hundred more. I was completely shocked after we had shaken hands and he told me, "It doesn't matter what the real price would be; I told you $8,000 and I will stick by my word if you like the car." The whole experience was relaxed and easy. You both are extremely kind, trustworthy, and charming people who contrast greatly with the countless swindlers I had tried to do business with the day before. The price for a PT Cruiser with such few miles was downright generous, and the condition of the car was nothing short of immaculate! On top of this, you offered a full tank of gas, treated my young daughter very well, and even delivered the car to my home! You two make a smart, very attractive couple and it would do my heart good to hear of the great, inevitable success in your future. Very Sincerely,  |

I wanted to take the time to write you both to let you know how much I enjoyed purchasing my 2007 Mini Cooper convertible from your dealership. I was looking for something very specific and you had exactly what I was looking for in a second car at the right price too. As an out of state buyer, I was concerned about the risks of buying a car sight unseen and having it transported 1000 miles. However, that concern was completely unnecessary when dealing with you two! The car inspection report was 100% accurate and I had NO SURPRISES! The process was extremely smooth.
